The trainer was smart, experienced and knew how to keep things light. She had us engaged from the moment we started and allowed us opportunities to apply the learning. Gayle was her name. She told countless stories of her children and grandchildren that were related to the key understanding: READING IS THE KEY TO LIFE.

Often teachers are rushing to get more things done, coverage is what she called it. This panic mode often increases anxiety and decreases effectiveness. Her solution is to simply the 175+ objectives and turn them into just 13.

13!

This alone was an eye opener.

I am excited to share the news with my team!
